2. Subject of the Service
EventPlan.SK is a platform for professional organization of live music events. It is used to manage events, bands, musicians, technical suppliers, accommodation, finances and communication. The service includes optional Google Calendar synchronization.
3. User Account Creation
- An account is created by registration or by invitation from the provider
- Upon account creation, the user receives an e-mail with a password setup link
- The user must provide truthful and up-to-date information
- The user is required to keep login credentials confidential
- Any account misuse must be reported to the provider immediately
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
EventPlan.SK is offered in various plans — including free (trial) and paid subscriptions. Current pricing, billing periods and plan contents are published on the provider's website or agreed individually.
Payments are made based on an invoice issued by the provider. In case of payment delay, access to the service may be suspended. Upon cancellation of a subscription by the user, no refund is provided for amounts already paid, unless the parties agree otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Enter third-party personal data without their consent beyond what is needed for event organization
- Circumvent security measures, break authentication, or scan the system
- Send spam or phishing messages through system integrations (SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp)
- Attempt to access data of other bands they are not authorized for
- Share login credentials with other persons
- Upload malicious content (viruses, malware) or copyrighted material without authorization
6. Google Calendar Integration
The user may optionally connect their Google account for two-way calendar synchronization. By connecting, the user grants EventPlan.SK access to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope.
This scope allows EventPlan.SK to read, create and modify events in the calendars you have granted access to. We use this access solely for two-way synchronization between EventPlan.SK events and your Google Calendar. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, or share it with any third party. No content read from your Google Calendar leaves EventPlan.SK servers except for the explicit two-way write-back during synchronization.
You can revoke this connection at any time:
- Directly in the application: Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect. Tokens are immediately revoked via Google API and deleted from our database.
- Via Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access
Details on processing of data obtained from Google APIs are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the EventPlan.SK software, its source code, design, trademarks and logo belong to the provider. The user obtains only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the contractual relationship.
Data entered into the system by the user (event lists, contacts, etc.) remains the user's property.
8. Liability and Limitation of Liability
- The provider makes reasonable efforts to operate the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or being error-free
- The provider is not liable for damages caused by third-party outages (Google, Websupport, EuroSMS, TomTom)
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system
- The provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequences of decisions made based on system data
9. Termination
- The user may stop using the service at any time — either by cancelling the subscription (for paid plans) or by requesting account deletion via e-mail to info@eventplan.sk
- The provider may deactivate an account in case of breach of these terms or failure to pay an invoice, without refund of already paid fees
- Upon termination, data is deleted within the period stated in the Privacy Policy (30 days), except for data legally required to retain (e.g. invoices)
10. Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be notified to users by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code (Act No. 513/1991 Coll.) and the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.). The competent court for dispute resolution is the court at the provider's registered office.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms become effective on 2026-05-08.
